Dr. Aicha Diakite

I am Dr. Aicha Diakité, known as **DocteurD**. I am a medical doctor trained in Mali and a certified Physician Assistant practicing in the United States. I currently offer coaching in fertility, hormonal health, and sexual wellness for women and couples who want to better understand their bodies and feel more empowered in their health journey. My coaching approach is rooted in medical knowledge, holistic principles, and culturally sensitive support. I help clients explore the connection between fertility, hormones, cycle health, sleep, stress, nutrition, metabolism, emotional well-being, and intimate health. I support women and couples dealing with concerns such as irregular cycles, fertility challenges, PCOS, thyroid imbalance, painful periods, low libido, sexual discomfort, menopause and perimenopause symptoms, chronic fatigue, stress, and lifestyle-related hormonal concerns. My goal is to provide clear education, practical lifestyle guidance, and personalized support while encouraging appropriate medical evaluation, lab testing, and specialist care when needed. Through DocteurD, I create a safe, respectful, and confidential space where clients can ask questions, understand their bodies, and take meaningful steps toward better fertility, hormonal balance, sexual health, and overall well-being.
